How sustainable is your packaging?

We want to be a sustainable company, careful with the environment so we are using reusable paper and carton for our packaging. We try to use the less plastic as posible.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We use Paket24 for all our deliveries. Depending where you live is on how many days it will take, it is approximately between 2 to 4 working days. You will be able to track your packaging with the track number that we will send you to your Email.

My plant does not look like the plant pictured

All plants shown are an indication of the size and quality of plants that you can expect to receive. Due to the natural variability of plants they will never be identical.

How do I track my order?

Once the order is ship you will receive an Email with the tracking number.

My plant arrived damage. Can I Return it?

We guarantee our plants for a period of 7 days after delivery, providing the plants have not been removed from the original pot and substrate. 

There should be no root disturbance or any cutting of the plant for a minimum of 10 days after receipt. 
 
Failure to adhere to this process will render our guarantee null and void.
If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you contact us at info@vivero-plants.com and provide images of the plant within 7 
days of delivery.
 
You will be required to ship the plant in the original substrate and pot back to us for a full refund including return shipping.
 
We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of care before authorising a return and/or refund.

How can I cancel or change my order?

We pack and ship all orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid unnecessarily long transit times. If you want to change or cancel your orden let us know as soon ass possible, contact us at info@vivero-plants.com

Do you ship outside Croatia?

Unfortunately right now we are only shipping within Croatia. But we are hoping very soon to extend our shipping to all European Union.
